Add a single listing

Save one listing from its page, link the same item across sites, or add an item by hand.

From a listing page

  1. Open one of your listings (eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, Whatnot, Grailed, Vinted or Facebook Marketplace).
  2. Click the Sold Elsewhere icon → Inventory.
  3. Click + Add this listing. Optionally add a bin, SKU or cost, then Save.

Same item on another site

Open that site’s listing for the same item. The extension offers Add to existing item? “…” when the title is similar. Click it, and the item now has links to both sites. When it sells on one, the alert shows End on … for every other site.

Add by hand

Inventory → + Add item. Type the title, optional bin, SKU and cost, and optionally paste a listing link.

Edit or delete

Click ✎ on any item to change its title, bin, SKU or cost, add another listing link, or Delete it.
