Uninstall Sold Elsewhere

1. On Pro? Cancel first: Setup → Plan → Manage subscription → Cancel, or use Delete my data, which cancels automatically. Uninstalling alone doesn’t stop billing.
2. Remove the email forwarding rule or filter (and in Gmail, the forwarding address) so marketplace emails stop being sent to us.
3. Uninstall: right-click the extension icon → Remove from Chrome (or your browser’s equivalent).
4. Phone app: delete the Home Screen icon.

After uninstalling, a short page asks why you left. It’s optional and really helps us improve. Your data is deleted automatically 90 days after uninstalling, or immediately if you used Delete my data first.
