The cancellation meter
See how close you are to each marketplace's cancellation limit before it becomes a problem.
At the top of the Alerts tab, once you have at least 3 sales on a marketplace, you’ll see a bar for that site, for example Poshmark cancellation rate 1.2% / 3%.
- Green: comfortably under the limit.
- Amber: at two-thirds of the limit. Be extra quick ending sold listings.
- Red: at or over the limit. A note explains the marketplace’s rule.
How it’s calculated
cancellations you reported ÷ sales we alerted you about, over each marketplace’s window:

The meter counts cancellations you mark with Had to cancel this order? on an alert. It’s a guide, not the marketplace’s official number. Check each site’s seller dashboard for that.
