Ship-by dates and reminders

Many sale emails include a deadline (“Ship by Nov 7”, “ship within 2 business days”). We read it and show 📦 Ship by Fri, Nov 7 on the alert.

Reminders

If you’ve connected a phone, you get a notification each morning around 8–9am Eastern listing orders due within 2 days:

• 📦 “2 orders to ship today”, with what to ship
• ⚠ “1 order past the ship-by date”, if a deadline has passed

The extension’s Alerts tab also shows “📦 N order(s) to ship in the next 2 days” at the top.

Mark as shipped

Click 📦 Shipped on the alert (in the extension or the phone app). Reminders stop for that order. Clicked it by mistake? Click Undo next to “📦 Shipped” in the extension.

No ship-by date showing?

Not every marketplace includes a deadline in its sale email. In that case there’s no reminder; follow the deadline in the marketplace app.
