Report a problem

Tell us about a wrong match, a missed sale or a bug in two clicks.

From an alert

Each alert has a small Wrong? link. Click it, then choose:

Wrong item matched: the sale was matched to the wrong inventory item.
Not a sale: the email wasn’t a sale (an offer, a return, a promotion).

Anything else

Extension → Setup → Report a problem. Pick a type (missed sale, wrong match, not a sale, bug, idea), add a note and click Send.

We see the marketplace and item title of the alert you reported, never your email or the buyer. Reports help us improve sale detection for everyone, usually within a day.
